Principal photography for Bade Miyan Chote Miyan commenced on January 17, 2023, at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai. The first schedule involved shooting a dance number and an action scene in Bunker featuring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. Filming then moved to Film City for additional action scenes, with the first schedule wrapping up on February 19, 2023.

The second schedule, which began on February 28, 2023, took place in the United Kingdom, with significant portions shot in Scotland, London, and Luton. This schedule concluded on April 12, 2023, and included high-octane action sequences involving cars, bikes, helicopters, and tanks.

Injuries occurred during filming, notably when Akshay Kumar was injured during a bike chase sequence in Paisley, UK.

The final schedule commenced on April 16, 2023, in Abu Dhabi, featuring a dance number at Emirates Palace choreographed by Bosco-Caesar. Action scenes were shot in the Liwa Desert, involving cars, bikes, tanks, horses, dune buggies, planes, and a Chinook helicopter. Filming wrapped on May 9, 2023, with some patchwork remaining.
