Announced in November 2022, the film, titled Lal Salaam, began principal photography in March 2023 and concluded in August 2023. A. R. Rahman is the composer of the film’s music, with Vishnu Rangasamy overseeing cinematography and B. Pravin Baaskar taking charge of the editing. Lal Salaam will release on 14th January in the theatres across India.
